Connecting Compassionate Touch With Therapeutic Healing

As part of our "Whole Body" healing experience, the benefits of therapeutic massage are undeniable. Massage therapy can help relax your mind, body and spirit by connecting compassionate touch with therapeutic healing techniques.

Massage therapy dates back thousands of years.

According to the 2007 National Health Interview Survey, an estimated 18 million U.S. adults and 700,000 children had received massage therapy in the previous year.

Our patients use massage therapy for a variety of health-related purposes, including to relieve pain, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address anxiety and depression, and aid general wellness.

Our specialty trained Massage Therapists work to provide relief from pain and encourage your muscles to let go of tension and stress.

Our techniques involve personal care through relaxed and deep massage of your muscles, tendons, and skin through different methods and levels of pressure. By understanding your body goals, our therapists are able to craft a personalized plan for the type of massage that would benefit you most and deliver the method and amount of pressure which ensures efficacy.

Through different techniques, your body is encouraged to work properly.  By combining the healing power of massage with other natural therapies offered at Kare Health & Wellness, we are able to deliver a more complete and comprehensive approach to whole body health & wellness.

Therapeutic Massage Techniques

- Relaxation -

Our relaxation massage will encourage your body to digest food, get rid of toxins, and it will help you to sleep better. A massage will also help soothe muscle soreness or sprains and encourage the skin to heal minor abrasions. This is great for stress reduction and general relaxation.

- Deep Tissue -

For those who need a little extra work in reducing muscle spasms or working out problem areas, our Deep Tissue Massage is a perfect fit.  As a step beyond relaxation, this massage is considered more therapeutic than a traditional massage.

- Healing Massage -

This healing technique combinations the use of hot stone massage, relaxation massage and deep tissue massage.  This specialty massage will ease pain and inflammation, soothe stress and curb anxiety.

- Lymphatic Massage -

Lymphatic massage manually helps accelerate lymph flow and is very gentle, steady and harmonious; the pressure being no more than the weight of a nickel.  This very specialized massage will help relieve swelling, pain and inflammation, assist with the removal of toxins, and provide rejuvenation to the tissues within the body.

- Oncology Massage -

Oncology massage is a form of non-invasive, compassionate touch. Our special trained Oncology Massage Therapist uses light touch and slow, steady movements, working with the central nervous system to help the body relax.

- Additional Therapies -

Enhance your experience and boost the benefits by adding a customized therapy to your massage session.

Yes! We have a private, individual shower room for you to rinse and relax after your massage.

Something easy to take off and put on is a good choice. Some people like to be completely undressed but keeping your underwear on is also an option so wearing underwear with coverage you're comfortable with would be a good plan.

Some of our massages do not require you to completely undress. Your massage therapist can discuss the best way to meet all of your relaxation expectations.

We understand that things come up and life is hectic, which is why we are very understanding when you need to change your plans.

When scheduling your first visit, credit card information will be required to reserve your appointment. If for some reason you choose not to keep your scheduled massage appointment, you'll be subject to a No-Show/Late Cancel fee of $50 if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of their cancellation.

About Us

Our mission is to create a safe environment for our patients to share their story and be empowered to take control of their health.  We constantly challenge patients to think differently about their health. We never find contentment in simply being disease free. We want to help patients optimize their vitality of life so that they can strive for things that they thought were unattainable.
