For Andy Sutton, Kare’s mission is deeply personal. Since founding the clinic alongside his wife, Keri, he has watched patients arrive feeling sick, discouraged, and unsure where to turn—often after years of searching for answers. Seeing those same people regain hope, improve their health, and return to the things they love is what continues to drive him. Behind every decision is his desire to bring that opportunity to more people throughout the region.
As Chief Operating Officer, Andy works behind the scenes to turn that vision into reality. He brings a practical, creative approach to building a clinic where providers have the time, resources, and support to care for the whole person. He understands the frustration patients can feel when their needs seem secondary to insurance requirements, rushed appointments, or another prescription. His commitment is to help Kare deliver a different experience—one where patients feel heard, their concerns receive thoughtful attention, and their well-being guides their care.
Andy’s background includes 15 years in architecture as a project manager, along with extensive management experience. His ability to connect a big-picture vision with the details needed to carry it out has helped shape Kare’s growth, from facility renovations and expansions to branding, operations, and team development. As the clinic continues to evolve, he remains focused on building a business whose success is measured by the difference it makes in people’s lives.
Having experienced the impact of functional medicine in his own life and within his family, Andy shares Keri’s belief in living the principles they promote. Family is at the heart of his life, and his passion for helping others is rooted in knowing how much it matters to have the health to be present for the people you love.
Outside of Kare, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and following baseball—a lifelong passion that gave him the opportunity to play at the collegiate level. That same love of teamwork and shared purpose carries into his work at Kare, where he is dedicated to helping the team build something that makes a lasting difference.
